first take the candle wax in a bowl and melt it by either double boiling method or directly by heating.(Double boiling method:take a utensil bigger than the utensil in which you will be melting wax. Fill the bigger utensil with water but no up to brim or water will overflow. then heat the water. when it is lukewarm keep the smaller utensil containing wax and wax will start melting). the double boiling method is more prefarabl. then when the wax has started melting add small pieces of wax crayons, according to ur need. then take a mould and apply oil to it from inside so that the candle comes out easily. if u want the candle to be in the mould as a show piece then dont pply oil. Pour the melted wax in the mould and when it is semi solid make a hole with toothpick and put a piece of theard.
Note: Dont melt the candles on a high flame and after putting it the mould (gently) dont shake the mould or buubles will be formed and will destroy the candle.

Buy some household wax at the store. Heat it up in a crockpot. Get a long piece of string for a wick. Dip the string in the wax, wait for 10 seconds, dip it again, wait for 10 second, dip it again, etc. Keep doing that until the candle is as thick as you want it to be. Good luck!

Go to a site called expertvillage.com . . . It's great, they have articles and tons of actual videos on making and doing all sorts of things, including making candles. Just scroll down on the home page and you'll see categories, go to crafts and just look for making candles. Have fun.
