i am just wondering if any one likes lizards......... i love lizards but so many people say they are gross... any one out there a lizard lover or hater??? please respond........

Lizard lover here.. We have 4 iguanas, 1 bearded dragon and a leopard gecko. Most of ours, actually all but 1 have been rescues.

I love lizards. i used to have 5 Green Anoles, 2 flying geckos, 3 house geckos, 1 Alligator Lizard, 2 western fence lizards and a Gilberts Skink over the years. Its been almost 5 years since I owned any though.

i absolutely adore them!
i received a pair of WONDER-GECKOS for my birthday. :)
(last year i got a NETHERLAND DWARF Rabbit)
Earl & Lizzy are a close couple & they grew up together since after hatching.
they never fight but they do push each other sometimes & Lizzy is mostly the aggressor. heheh...
furthermore, compared to Liz, Earl is a male about 50% larger but Liz (a female) is usually more dominant . Earl is more docile, Liz is bolder & more active- even during daytime.
right now I can even hear her doing her usual "re-landscaping" work., while Earl is in dreamland.
fyi, Wonder Gecks are nocturnal like Leopard Gecks.
well, some ppl like mice, & some would even freak-out already just thinking about it.
so it depends on the individual.
why? hmmm...
i supposed most ppl were influenced by their siblings/parents when they were at an early age.
btw, i like snakes too.
altho' snakes, iguanas & most lizards require high maintenance. it must be handled carefully or either the owner or the pet will get hurt. Lizards have a row of many super-sharp teeth & it's bite can be painful, enough to draw blood... especially from the larger sized lizards.
whereas, the tails of lizards & geckos are pretty delicate.
anyways... reptiles do require special attention (from intermediate to expert).
so needless to say, it's definitely not for a newbie pet-owner or one who's at a younger age.

I love lizards. I have 8 leopard geckos, 2 mali uromastyx, 2 tokay geckos, 1 bearded dragon, 2 sandfish skinks and 1 blue tongue skink. I aldo have snakes and toads as well.

I own 3 beardies 3 water dragons 2 frilled lizards 2 iguanas various amphibs ya I would say I like them alot...... ohhhh kay I love them.

i love lizards,i dont get it,i love reptiles but im scared of spiders,some people think im weird.and im not lying.actually i like snakes better,when i grow up(im still 10)i want to be a herpetologist.but my dad says there is no course in herpetology in the philippines,so maybe ill just transfer school to usa

I love liazrds there so interesting, It like having a dinosaur in your room! I have 4 bearded dragons and 3 geckos.

i love lizards!!! i have 1 chinese water dragon named, "swifty"! i named him swifty because he can stand up on his hind legs and run!! very cool!!!
