Is there a program that you can download from the internet for free that allows you to download and burn songs on cds without having to pay for anything at all?

You could do LimeWire, but be careful, there are TONS of viruses embedded in some of the downloads, so be SUPER careful! :D

yes ,,if you want to download free then go to www.vrajesh.co.nr
n to burn that your xp has mechanism to write files on cd ..you dont need any burning software like nero, etc.

just go to my computer then your cd drive and look at left side there is first option named Write These Files to CD ..click on that ..

You can go to download.com and download Limewire once you have limewire you can download just about anything and it's saved on your computer from there you can use iTunes, Windows Media Player, or just about any other type of Media Player on your computer
