Cramping when pregnant?

At the moment I am 16 weeks pregnant and cramping so badly. Im not bleeding, but I feel like Im about to get my period, it's that bad. Is this normal..? I know all are different, but wondering if anyone has had the same problem..

Cramping without bleeding is normal in the first trimester of pregnancy. You just made it to your second trimester, but I still wouldnt worry. Your baby is changeing in size, which is causing your uterus to stretch. If it becomes a worry or unbearable, I say visit your doctor.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I got cramps every month around the time when I would have expected my period to come. When I brought this to the attention of my ob/gyn he told me that it was perfectly normal and it was nothing to worry about as long as it felt the same as what I felt like when my cycle was on the way. However, if the cramps are making you uncomfortable then you really need to make an appointment and speak with your doctor.

i am between 14 and 15 weeks pregnant but really haven't had any cramping just yet. from what i've been reading, the cramping would be due to the uterus getting bigger as well as some other aches involved such as ligaments stretching. ugh. from what i've been having, backaches, i know that i'm in for an interestingly achy pregnancy but all is normal. good luck and congrats!!!

yes its normal! :) does it feel like stretching? if so its because your uterus is stretching and making room for the baby! it can also cause cramping!....on each side of your lower abdomen!..but yes its normal...as long as theres no heavy bleeding or severe cramping and pressure

I HAVE NOT START MY PERIOD IN 2 MONTHS AND I FEEL THE SAME WAY....BUT NO PERIOD...BUT TEST CAME OUT NEGATIVE
