That must have been so embarrassing for the Leafs players and the Leafs fans who were in HSBC. They just gave up the last 15 minutes of the game and let the Sabres walk all over them...they think they can beat the Sabres by running around and hitting them, but it doesn't work that way. I have been a Sabres fan since I was a little kid, and I honestly didn't think they had it in them to get back in this one...but they ALWAYS prove me wrong. This team can do anything, and they showed it again tonight. Trailing 4-1 in the 3rd than coming back and winning it 5-4 in regulation is AMAZING!!
Oh, and to the loser leafs fans who were chanting overrated, try getting a goaltender who can actually keep you in the game and next time...stay in toronto!

I had turned on the Tv and saw the Leafs up 4-1, so i changed channel and thought, oh well game is over. I flipped back 10 min later and i saw the 2 goals in 20 secs and the score 5-4 Sabres. I'm not a sabres fan but Buffalo is the best i think in the NHL.

Shiloh: I wonder how many of us did what you & I did and change the channel? Only to come back to the game and saw an unbelieveable shift in the game??
God!! I thought I was watching a rerun from a different game. I couldn't believe what I saw. It was a nightmare. It looked to me like the Sabres were ON speed or steroids or something! The Leafs put up a battle to end....yet, it should have never been that way.
But the sun came up today and today's another day.... I have to agree with Habitant that the play-offs are a whole other game. It's easy for the fans of the top team to brag about their spot now.....

I'm not a Sabres fans or a Leafs fan, I'm happy the Sabres won tonight and hope they beat the Leafs again tomorrow night. but to the person named Catherin… that answered the question, i just have one little thing to say if it wasn't for them Leafs fans that go to almost every game in Buffalo because they couldn't get hockey tickets in Toronto and plus its was cheaper. don't be to cocky cause the playoffs is a total different part of the season look at what happened to the Red Wings last year well the same can happen to the Sabres. and if the Sabres face the Habs in the first round well watch out we play good vs the Sabres and we always have a good first round of playoffs. so just don't get to ahead of your self OK.
RYAN MILLER SUCKS ***, HE'S SO LUCKY HE'S ON A GOOD OFFENCIVE TEAM CAUSE HE WOULD BE KILLED.
Patrick …>>>>have you seen the standings, the Habs are right in the thick of things and are on a 3 game winning streak and were polaying the Caps tonight and can take 7th or 8th spot tonight.
GO HABS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

As a Leafs fan YES that game was very humiliating. I'm open and admit it. The best 52 minutes of hockey the Leafs played all year and the worst 8 minutes they played all year. Unfortunatley all in the same game. Glad to see Deveraux play like he can. I know him from Jr. in Kitchener. He gives 100% each and every shift. To the post a few up that said J.F.J. get a goalie. YES YES YES!!! The leafs need to buy his contract out and get a proven net minder. Raycroft is waaaaay to inconsistant and lets waaaaay to many softies in. He is at best a very good back up until he can become more consistant.
Saturdays game prognostication Leafs 4 sabers 3.

After the first period I thought it was one of their best efforts. The Sabres are so fast, so it was scary at first . Fast forward to the 3rd- one goal right after the other. The turnovers were humiliating. Raycroft couldn't stop a beach ball and and when your first line can't produce you have a problem. So as a Leafs fan, I'm pretty much already in Hockey Hell. I was super p*ssed, but not at all surprised.

HAHAHAHA!! that was a amazing game! just shows that u can never give up on the sabres! all i could think about was that game against boston back in november when we came back from a 3 goal deficit to win it. the sabres are goin all the way!! the briere, pommers, hecht line is awesome. and vanek played probably the best game of the season!!

sabres didn`t try to give leafs the game, they just did`nt try.
toronto looked like cup champs for two periods , then leaf chumps for the rest. that 4th goal for toronto was pure luck when it bounced off the ref. i don`t get how leafs are`nt better , they do need goaltending badly and often-times don`t play hard
GO SABRES
p.s. / buffalo will win again tonite

The Leafs may have had a chance if they didn't start playing defense the last eight min. They almost tied it up at the end of the game. I am not a fan of either, I just like to watch hockey.

The Leafs suck and most Leafs fans will admit it, it is nothing new.
The funny thing is that I think the Leafs fans in Buffalo are right on, over rated!
Bring on the playoffs!
