College professors/Educators.... What was your most memorable gift from a student as appreciation at the end?

There is one professor that has helped me achieve my goals and has influenced me in ways no one else could have. I am very thankful for him and would like to give him something when I graduate in May however more personal than a pen set or paper weight.I am unsure. I would appreciate suggestions.

Nothing, absolutely nothing would be more meaningful than a note expressing your appreciation for everything your professor has done for you.

Except maybe a copy of the note forwarded to the Department Chair or Dean. ;)
