All of my shirts shrunk in the dryer but i wash it on med and dry it on med .... i want it back to the normal length because its shrunk alot but if i wash it on cold and dry it it on cold it would cost way more but would go back to almost normal size ??

You could wash it in one cup of White Vinegar, then before putting in dryer you take the shirt and stretch it by hand then put in dryer on low, not medium that is too high for that particular fabric and put it on fewer minutes to dry than you usually do, allow the shrits to air dry the rest of the way if they are not dry this will not shrink your shirts, but remember always put your shirts on low or delicate never any hotter, also when you wash your shirts use warm or cool water to wash.

in this case you should put the dryer on a lower tempature.
