Free program where i can change my eye color?

I need one besides gimp because i dont like that one. Please help me. It has to be free also! Please and thank you!!

Try Paint.NET: http://www.getpaint.net/
Use selection tool to select the specific area, then change the hue until the desired effect is attained.

BTW, why you don't like GIMP? It's the best free image editing program. Here's a simple tutorial to change eye color in GIMP:
