No birth control pills are 100% effective. Antibiotics also lower their effectiveness. Sothe answer is yes, it is quite possible, just not as likely as without the pill.

Kariva Birth Control Effectiveness

You can get pregnant on any birth control pills. I've never used that specific pill, but even the most effective only work 99% of the time...which sounds good, until you're the 1%. If you absolutely cannot become pregnant, use an alternate form of birth control in addition to be safe. I know that's not what you want to hear, but I got pregnant on birth control, taking it properly every single day with no antibiotics of other interferences.

If you have sex with a man and you are a woman, there is ALWAYS a chance you can get pregnant.

No birth control method, unless you remove the man's testicles or a woman's ovaries is 100 % effective.

Pretty much any pill, condom, etc. is 99% effective. They all say 99% because there is always a chance that you could become pregnant. Double up with a condom to be extra safe.

NO. You can not get pregnant from ANYTHING you eat. Pregnancy only occurs through sex, cloning, and artificial insemination.
