heres the deal at lunch in school im awesome like just pro but lately i was get worse but still pretty awesome then on the school soccerb team i was just mediopcor in 4 games(tournament) i scored none and only gave on assist and i get so nervouse before the game and i need to improv e on my speed.one more thing how do i make the most of practise at school because its soccer season and we practise everyday how do i get the most out of it and stand out from the other players and get more out of it than them. speed and endurance training to

Practice, Practice, Practice.

Sorry, but that is what made Tiger Woods, and Michael Jordan stand out. Tiger would be hitting golf balls while his friends from school were riding bikes, playing video games, and basketball. Michael Jordan didn't even make the team the first time he tried out. So he went home and Practice, Practice, Practice.
One thing that would help is too strengthen your legs by pulling something heavy enough to tax your muscles without over stressing them. The power you build will give the speed to burst ahead of opponents and increase your stamina.
Be sure you are drinking enough water to keep your muscles hydrated and eat bananas. Don't laugh, they are loaded with potassium and magnesium that muscles need to keep them humming. Without adequate amounts of those elements your muscles tire quickly and you lose your accuracy with weak muscles.
Sports drinks like PowerAde and Gatorade are good subsitutes for water and they have some of the nutrients you need.

You need to become more physically fit than your opponents if you want to improve your game. You also need to work on ball control, run with a soccer ball. You and the ball need to become one. Read some books on soccer, there may be something your coaches are overlooking and it may make sense to you. Go to soccer camps, check out your local college team and try and practice with them. Exercises and eat right everyday. Everything in balance so your personal life does not interfere. Become focused and try harder, raise your own bar. Be a fierce competitor.

juggle at home. I increased my ball control tremendously when I juggled at home using all parts of the body. Watch juggling videos and learn new moves. Try to do them and do them constantly...while trying to learn them your touch is getting so much better with the ball. And you learn to stand out from others also by what you learn.

a best soccer player if you practise.
