Im 13 and i think Im bi or somethin but i wanted to talk to other people like me and can't find none.

There are actually a lot of non-profit groups geared toward gay and lesbian youth, and you could probably google search them by region. Personally, I've found YouthQuest helpful, and they are affiliated with PFLAG (a well-known organization). http://www.pflag.org/Chapter_Information_and_Resources.chapter_resources.0.html will help you find a chapter near you.
Also, I've recently joined a Metropolitan Church of Christ (linked to United Church of Christ), which is essentially a church that is geared more toward gay and lesbian people of faith, if you are of a Christian denomination. They also have support groups that you could take part in.
And if you live in/near a large city (or even a small-ish one), check out their City Paper... it's not the regular newspaper, it's kind of geared toward concerts, arts, restaurant reviews, etc.... usually toward the back they have a "city calandar" that will list gay/lesbian/bisexual support groups and a list of dates and locations.
