You might want to watch a few porn tapes, and kind of mimic what they do, since it always works. Don't get angry if you don't last nearly as long as those porn stars do, just make sure you and especially your partner are both getting some nice pleasure.

If you mean sex... the process? Starts with talking, hugging, touching, caressing, kissing, and then sex. Don't mimic the porn movies because here is the deal they are make believe the actors get paid to have sex and some of them fake orgasms. Porn is always straight to just sex no real love.

I assume you are talking about sex?? My advice?? PLEASE HER FIRST!! Only a small fraction of women can orgasm through sex, so taking care of her first is crucial.
