how is the happiest country in the world decided?

recently Univ of Leicester declared Denmark the happiest country.

Hi i'm borat sagdiyev. I think "happiest" is decided from many ways, national debt (if any), taxes, debt in people (within that country) crime rates and other ways aswell.

May be the university declared Denmark is the happiest among the other countries when compared with some fields or point based,which they noted....as the countries are having their own problems.

May be based on crime rate, climate and GDP.
