What states In United States are now.... not letting gays have marriage??
Just wondering i just heard on news two days ago... they had another state baned this.

South Carolina is getting ready to ammend their state constitution as well... Perhaps this is the state you heard on the news?

As for states who DO allows marriage, that would only be Mass. NJ, Calif, and Vermont have civil unions and partnerships, RI has no law for or against and so recognizes Mass marriages thus far...

HRC.com has lots of information as to which states ban it, which states allow what types of benefits, and what kinds of protections are on the books for LGBT persons, you should check it out for the most up-to-date info...

I'm not sure, but it looks like very soon, New Hampshire may allow Civil Unions, along with recognizing the unions and marriages in other states.

There is an attempt to ban such marriages in Massachusetts, but I don't think it will pass. Basically, what you'll see is a national division between hard-headed Christian fundamentalists and the states with enough heart to realize that "All men (and women) are created equal".

That is so wrong banning those gay marriages ( im straight ) people are happy like that . is the U.s supposed to be the home of the free ( not anymore )
