Wow, sounds like a tough situation. I know you're trying to make everybody happy and keep a good relationship with your parents. I think if you and your girlfriend are in love and feel good about being married, do it! You have known this girl for a long time, so you know what she is like. But, I would slow things down a bit and think of her in terms of how she will be a good wife and mother to your children. Does she have good work habits, and for that matter, do you? Is she good with managing money? Does she do things for others or does she think of herself first? Think of her in the way that she will be acting when she is married. Being married is about more than just being in love. Your marriage is for you. Marriage is wonderful and will make you as happy as you've ever been. If she's a hard worker and has the same values as you do, marry her!
Good luck.

Why are you worrying man? Good friends make good pairs.
If you both are married it is good for all.
You and your friend first sit down and talk freely. Decide whether you both are really interested in each other? If both of you say 'Yes'. Call the parents (you and your friend) this Sunday for a tea party; sit down and tell them frankly that you both have been thick friends for such a long time and know each other very well. Now, that you also want to become life partners. Tell, them why you both made this decision.
Doubt worry man, everything will be positive.
All the best! Advance wishes for your marriage.

I'm afraid you were or are raised in a culture that isn't like us in America so we really can't see your question. I don't understand why you would break your parents friendship when her parents are all for the two of you. I think you need to spend some time as a couple instead of friends for a while before you plan a wedding.â¥â¥

Not sure what your question is, but it sounds like you two are hitting it off well.
Date each other for a while and see how it goes.

IF YOU DO'NT WANT TO LEAVE HER THEN DO'NT.
AND IF YOU WANT THAT YOUR PARENT'S FRIENDSHIP SHOULD'NT BREAK THEN LEAVE HER.
JUST DO ONE THING.
WHATEVER HAPPENS YOU SHOULD'NT LEAVE HER.
