Without knowing what both sides are offering, it's hard for me to provide you with an exact recommendation on how to vote.
However, a strike vote does not mean that if you vote in favor of it that there will automatically be a strike. All this does is authorize the union leadership to call a strike if it's warranted should negotiations with the company come to a halt. Union leaders use this as leverage to try and get more out of the company during negotiations.
Here's a recent article about the issue, and you'll see points made from both sides about why/why not this is necessary.

You should vote for what you feel is in your best interest.

This is a difficult call, because we don't have very much information about the strike vote.
This is a very personal decision. There are many factors that would place into this, such as how loyal are you to the company? How many years have you worked there? Do you like your work? Can you obtain similarly satisfying employment elsewhere?
More factors include: Can you afford to strike and possibly be without pay for a long period of time? Would Albertson's be able to hire substitute workers easily?
If you are truely torn between striking or not, are you permitted to abstain from voting?
I wish you the best of luck in your decision.

Without knowing both the union and management's side, it's really hard for anyone to tell you what to do. What is the issue causing the strike? What isn't able to get negotiated?

Stick with the company, they have your best interest at heart::)
You will have job security once you are working for less money and no benefits. I'm sure that every penny the company saves on your compensation will go straight to lower prices for the consumer. The CEO will not benefit in any way. He's just fighting for the shoppers.

Unions are unnecessary nowadays. Look what the unions did to the auto industry, they killed it.
