I am in the exact same place as you - 37 weeks - with the same problem!! I do have a physical job (housecleaning business) but haven't even been able to do it all day (or for the last four days!) ugh! It really hurts when I have to pick up even one thing from the floor - like - dropping a pen is a total crisis!! I'm hoping I will go into labor soon, that this is just the baby moving down and into position. Thirty-seven weeks is considered in the "safe zone" so that's good!!!! I feel really weird, like my hands are all tingly too. Maybe we'll both be popping soon?!??! It feels like one long constant braxton hicks.

Do you sit at a desk all day? When I was working and pregnant, I had a desk job (twice). I found that if I sat for long periods of time that my stomach would feel really tight, because my muscles were being tightened to stay in the sitting position. Because, let's face it, the only "comfortable" position to be in when you are pregnant is lying on your side, and even that doesn't last long.

I would get up and go for a walk or even find somewhere to lie down for a few minutes. It's a good idea to walk around as much as you can and then get immediately off your feet when you get home!

Congratulations to you!

If it stops, it is not actual hard artwork. This does ensue to many females people and it may properly ensue returned. while this occurs returned, write down while each and each contraction starts off and how long they final. in the event that they start to fall right into a trend and have become greater severe over the years, call your rfile to enable them to renowned what's happening.

It is your body getting ready. Working the muscles. No worry. Happens when you sleep too but you do not notice it.
