It's a movie about a guy who was picked on when he was in high school, and became a complete lunatic, and then during a High School Reunion he started killing people. If I can remember correctly it’s meant as a comedy, maybe a made for TV movie, because I remember watching it after watching "The people under the Stairs". I remember the last scene of the movie were the guy and all his class mates are dancing, and he's wearing a straight jackets, another scene in the movie, He's on a blind date and he has on a paper bag, and the girl has on a paper bag, there in there car making out, then all of a sudden there car is surrounded by head lights and laughing classmate, when he finds out his date is his sister/cousin/something. I was like seven when I watched, and im 19 now, but since i thought i was 7 when Jurrasic park came out, then i might have been younger.
