Go with what Liz says if you truly care about your fish.
Just so you know, goldfish have lifespans of 30 plus YEARS. You ARE overstocked and need to remedy the situation before the poor fish die.

edit- Danielle, her tank IS overstocked.

Your first action should be to separate both of the sick fish immediately. So you have one fish in one bowl, one fish in another bowl and the rest of the fish in the tank.
The one fish that's floating to the surface may be inhaling too much air when he eats or moves up to the surface. You should try soaking the food, whether it be flakes or pellets and feeding him about 1/2 of what you'd normally feed a single fish. Just a pinch maybe once a day at first. If you notice he's eating better and floating less, then you can start feeding him two times a day. After a while when you notice he's acting normal again, then you can bring him back to the original tank.
When it comes to your blind fish I'm not sure what to tell you. You may have to buy a specific medication and give it to him in that separate tank.
I wish you luck with your fishies, but make sure you move the sickly one that is being pecked at into a separate tank immediately, it will up his chances of survival immensely.

1. Your tank is overstocked. 4 goldfish need at least 80 gallons...they grow very large and produce a lot of waste. They will live shortened lives in your tank...I suggest taking at least 2 of them back to the store.

2. What kind of fish is it that is having the problem? Is it a goldfish, or something else? If it is something else, it may be tropical and having a hard time living in the goldfish's unheated water.

3. Check your water parameters. They should be: ammonia-0, nitrItes-0, nitrAtes-20 or less. If your readings differ from this, you have found the problem. Do some water changes...10-20% every day until the water parameters get straightened out, and 50% per week from then on.

4. What kind of bottom feeders do you have? Please research them and make sure they are compatible with goldfish...like I said, tropical fish have drastically different temperature requirements and will not thrive in your tank.

If you want to have any chance of saving him, you need to seperate him from the others... if they are picking at him, they can only be making it worse. In a new bowl or aquarium, add extra things to destress him and look for natural healers like aquarium salt, also do more frequent water changes... but in all honesty, I don't think he is going to last...

First off your tank is NOT over stocked, it sounds fine.

Your fish could very well have swim bladder. Feed your fish if it will still eat a few smooshed peas or green beans. Cukes, lettuce etc. will help. It will also maintain health in all your fish. Once a week or so will work Also, be sure to keep the temperature in the tank below 65 degrees.
