I would have to say Bruce Springsteen even though Michael Jackson made Thriller in that decade.I find Bruce to be more talented because he writes all of his own music and is a very kind person. He also has written alot of music for others who had hits in the 80's such as Natalie Cole and the Pointer sisters.He had 3 major albums in the 80's including The River,Tunnell of love and Born in the usa giving all of the proceeds from that song to the viatnam veterens.He also gives three to four hour concerts and had the top selling concert tour in the 80's,I think even outselling Barbara Streisand.
