Can the size of testes vary throughout the days? I don't mean the thickness of the scrotum, but have you noticed that your testes sometimes seem bigger than usual occassionally? Why is this? Is it hormonal?

Completely normal. Generally, the testes will become bigger when the climate around them is warm, because the testes prefer colder temperatures. Also, if you haven't had sex or masturbated in a while, your testes might be weighed down by extra sperm.

I hear that hormone levels can indeed vary......but you sound normal....see your doctor if you are still concerned
