The only reason she has a problem with you is b/c she is jealous you obviously threaten her ego... I wouldn't even waste my time on her if i were you ....immediatialty sue..... if the school does not have this in a report/record sue the school and the girls family.... the school can be held responsible for your well being .. hypothtically the girl could have cut a finger off. Does she get away with that? NO!!
what ever you do dont fght b/c it will be better for you in the long run if you get compensation or sue her a@@.....
good luck I hope you do the right thing....
p.s. let the court system work for you !

How in the world did she cut your hair in class, did you know when this was done? Where was the Professor?

I say violence is certainly not the answer, but I understand your anger and humiliation. This type of person is very deceitful. She would turn the table on you, if you attack her.

If you school or university has protocol in lodging a compliant, I certainly would do this, so you will have a record of the event. You can pursue this farther or allow the school to have it on record..In other words beat her in lodging this complaint.

Good Luck

Standing up for yourself is okay, but violence (no matter how good it feels to beat someone a$$) never solves the problem. It will just keep going back and forth and cause you even more stress in the end.

Try talking to her alone if it doesnt put you two in a violent spot. Maybe you can reason with her. Ask her why she feels the need to mess with you. Usually "bullies" like her are quite unintelligent, and have something to hide, or have a pretty sad reason in their life that causes them to behave so erradicly (sp?). (Abusive parents, rape, etc...)

If she wont reason with you, or the B.S. doesnt stop, report her to your school authorities. If that doesnt seem to work after a few weeks, I would file charges against her through your local police.

Nothing shuts up a dumb biot^% up faster than a cop!

Why would you want to talk to someone who doesn't like you. That is a big red flag saying to stay away from this person. Come this Monday morning I would to straight to the head of the school office and report her and ask advise about filing a police report against her. Now you have turn the other cheek....If she come after you again....(you don't have any more cheeks to turn).....all bets are off!! Its WWE Smackdown, throw down as her butt hit the ground.

You should make a complain to the Head of the school about her cutting your hair. If it were me I would study real hard and get good marks to get me into college and then take on some kind of training that would make me a lot of money when I graduated, and prove to her and anyone else who thinks they are better than me, who the better person is.

No, but defend yourself if you need to. I think you need to have her arrested on assault charges. Even if you are so tough that you feel beating her up would satisfy your thirst for vengeance you do not protect anyone else from her that way besides the fact is violence tends to escalate ending in permanent bodily injuries and death neither of which you want to deal with.

No, violence is never the answer. If she thinks shes too good too talk to you, why would you want to talk to her, in my opinion she is not worth getting upset over. As for cutting your hair report it too the proper authority at school.

violence could get you in a lot of trouble, so first of all, just threaten her, and look serious when you do it.
then if she doesn't listen, tell the teacher, and if that doesn't work (or if you have tried that already), i'd say do annoying things back to her like cut her hair when she's not looking. or her things, or her clothes . lol.

shes egging you on in hopes that you will do that so you will be suspended and she will always hold that power over you... dont let her get to that way. Ignore her and be realllllly nice to her.. that would drive her insane as to why her way isnt working. I know its hard and she ticks ya off.. but violence isnt the answer... be more mature than that
