What could it be?
Well ...theres people in the attic,cant catch them,i hear their voices talking ****,i hear squelch of cb radio or device alike,i let a neighbor use the phone and got a bill,it was long distance to a goverment radio communications for police 2 way???What the fudge am i suppossed to do,and i have many other probs amongst others???-help me

and then after finding out # ,neighbor ran out after me with the shivery/quivery voice trying to give me new furniture???
