Not quite 100%. I would say more like 99.9%. It is highly unlikely that we would be the same. One billion years ago, our ancestors were probably still single celled creatures. As humans beings have almost nullified effects of external factors(eg weather changes,diseases,nutrition requirment) evolution would occur towards adapting lifestyle changes eg we would produce less cholesterol after consuming fast food,our mental capacity would be enhanced in specific fields,lactose intolerance would decrease as more persons would be exposed and selected against milk products.
So evolution does not mean something fantastic should happen, it means simply that we may get adapted to situations we are facing today.
