*** my fiance is like one of these shake the walls kinda snorers. the first time he slept over I went to sleep in the other room and w/ a pillow over my head i couldn't sleep AT ALL! now, i rarely ever hear him. in fact i'd have told u i think he's quit snoring...but other people in the house insist he still does it. i can't even hear it most nights anymore. no i'm not deaf! i just got used to it.

No, but I so feel for the people that do...my wifes sis and her hubby vistied for a week and that poor slob snored like a freight train...didn't bother me as our house is fairly large and they were in the south wing, but when I'd walk down there in the morning I'd be like damn...that can't be healthy. When I was in the Marines the rule was if you snored in the barracks it was open season on you...we'd put a clothes pin on their nose...and watch them about suffocate before the mouth would open...not too many 19 yr olds snore, unless they were dead drunk...but many a clothes pin were applied in my barracks...of course if you were in the field and someone snored when we dug in in indian territory that was not allowed at all...

I lay on the couch until I get tired or wake up in the middle of the night and go into bed. Sometimes I elbow him and tell him to stop it or to shut up. It stops for alittle bit. I can't fall asleep next to him. Too loud!

Yes. If it's not too loud, I can block it out, but sometimes I think he can wake up people in the next county! I got him a throat spray & the breathe-right strips, but nothing seems to help.

Yes, but the trick is to buy some ear plugs, that should block out the sound,so you can have a good sleep :)

yes, my hubby snores, most nights it doesn't bother me, b/c it's comforting to know he's there but when he's been drinking, it sounds like a fricking lawn mower in my bed!
