well last night i drank a bit too much and so did the small group of my friends. and amoung those ppl wes my ex bf. and hes got a new gf now but i still really like him and last night becaus we were drung we were kissing half the night1 should i tell his girl fried and appoligise?

It's not up to you to apologise to his girlfriend or do you just want to make trouble. He should do the apologising to her and I think you & your ex should make sure you don't use getting drunk as an excuse for your behaviour. Maybe next time the two of you should avoid going to the same party or getting drunk. By the way you must still be under the weather because your spelling is atrocious.

No way. Did he do this to you when you were together? Why would you want him back? Stay away from alcohol if you can't handle it. Be thankful that's all that happened...just think...9 months down the road...what would you do then?
