An affordable hotel that you can stay that close to both places are Mabuhay Manor Hotel, Networld hotel, Traders hotel, Las Palmas hotel, Miramar hotel. Copacabana also accessible. I stayed at the Copacabana Hotel last year for about a week. It is about 15 minutes from the airport with normal traffic. The hotel is not fancy but not bad either. The staff was friendly and responsive to any requests I made. I will stay there again on my next visit. The room was about $49 per night. The Heritage hotel in next door to it. It is a nicer hotel but priced up at about $75 per night. Both hotels are about a 3 minute cab ride to the Mall of Asia. If you have time, its well worth a visit.

In your first question, hotel near the hotel and near the seaport is either Manila Hotel or Philippine Plaza.
Pasig doesnt fit into your first question since it is not near the airport and seaport.
