The third book of the Inheritance Trilogy by Christopher Paolini will be the last book of the series. It is the second sequel to Eragon and the sequel to Eldest. A title has been chosen but not released.[1]
According to the Eldest pocket edition released worldwide the third book will be released in late 2007 for some countries and for others early 2008

The third book has not yet been named. Even in the paperback edition of Eldest (which has just recently been published) it gives a preview of the third book and it is entitled: Chapter 3 of the Third Book. However, it is believed that the third book will follow along the lines of the rules for the other two books. It will begin with the letter E, and it will contain only six letters. Now, not many words fulfil these requirements, but a suitable name that does is the title Empire. That is what I believe the third book will be titled.

I don't think that the third book has a name yet, I have just seen it referred to as "book three."
Here is the official website:
http://www.alagaesia.com/
When they announce information for the third book, the announcements should be at that website.

The third and concluding novel in the trilogy is still being written and is yet to be named. It will probably be a while.
