She told the teacher that I told her that she was wearing a bikinni and she saying hi.. to her boyfriend. And me teacher yelled and yelled at me. And I NEVER said anthing like that. Not even close. And she wrote that on my report card! And my conference for school is on march the 28th! And if my parents see that.... I am gonna be sooooo in trouble. I've been crying and feeling sickish about that like for a month. Guys. Please help me. I need help! Please help me. And if my parents knew that, I'll be punished and I never said stuff like that! Help! Please!

Just simply tell them the girl told the teacher a lie & the teacher believed her. You need to tell them now before the conference.
I hate to see a kid so afraid of their parents. You should work on communicating with them more.

well it is better to talk to your parents before someone else does because if someone tells them first it will look like you are hiding from the truth and if you give your parents a chance you might be surprised they have probably been there and done that what do you have to loose if they get mad at you they just do at least your not sweating it anymore in fear of your parents besides they will find out sooner or later and they are for sure going to be mad then also you have to trust to be trusted

stop freaking out about it and explain your side of things. if you didnt do anything then you really have no reason to be upset. sometimes the ones that freak out are the ones that look guilty.

calm down child, if you didn't do it, no need to be guilty. Just explain it to your mom and dad what happened. you're their daughter. They'll listen to you, just explain what happened properly.
