That's an interesting question, considering you have a "typing impediment". If you spoke those words, would you consider yourself retarded? No, gg, not all mentally retarded people have speech impediments. Some speek quite fluently, even better than you, I'm sure. Have another shot of whatever-it-is you're drinking, and think of what other category of humanity you want to paint with a broad brush.

If every mentally retarded person has a speech impediment, then that would mean that all speech impaired people are retarded. I have a daughter who is speech impaired, and she is probably smarter than you. You cannot put ALL people into one category, so your statement is false, and you are stupid.

First, the correct way to ask the question is: Does, not do. The answer is no.Some brilliant people have speech impediments. Speech alone is not evidence of I.Q.

What a typical ignorant question regarding "special needs people"!

Have you ever heard the saying "everyone is an individual - no 2 people are the same"?

Sorry if I sound brutal, but I get so sick and tired of people belittling special needs people in the most ignorant of ways... like your derogatory question.
You may think its intelligent or worthy, but really... look between the lines & see you are catagorising ALL special needs people.

Short answer, no. I know a guy who has an IQ of about 65 and to look at him you would never know there was any problem.
