Juliana was the Queen of the Netherlands from 6 September 1948 until 30 April 1980, and was succeeded by Queen Beatrix when she abdicated the throne.

As for your Netherlands 2 1/2 cent coin, I couldn't find it listed in my coin book bearing the date 1962, but from my collecting experience, Dutch coins from that period of time are not worth much if they have been circulated. My guess, is a numismatic value of $0.20.

Queen Juliana of the Netherlands. She lived from 1909 - 2004 and ruled from 1948 - 1980.
