I sometimes feel like I'm not big enough. I've heard this is normal, but that doesn't really reassure me. I'm about 5'1, I weigh 109, and my chest size is B38, or C32. I can switch back and forth. Should I worry about my chest?

Heres athought for you. The media pushes the ideology of big breasted women but guess what?! Some guys like smaller breasts! No really! There is nothing worse than a fat fugly beached whale woman with boobs around her ankles that are about as firm as semi-set jelly. Small generally = firm. Firm is good. It feels nicer.

Something that is also sexy is boobs in proportion to a womans body...which yours are perfectly.

Furthermore a woman that is body confident is just leagues ahead no matter what shape they are.

Threrefore: You are a lovely shape and size, your boobs are great and you should just forget all the crap and think yourself damn wonderful ok!?

I hope I havent been at all creepy or pervy. That was not the intention at all. If I have offended or upset please just report this post and get it deleted.

Surgical intervention? Gosh the Worlds gone crazy!

Normal? What the hell is normal?

Please don't be offended but I may offend. I give you THIS MAN'S point of view.

Firstly when you talk about "chest: you mean "breasts". Why quibble?

Secondly you ask for reassurance. Why do you do this? One explanation might be body dissmorphic dysfunction. This is an obsession; a clinical illness where a person is always putting themselves down. A dear young lady friend who lives with me "changes her face and does all that beauty all over make up thing" at least twelve times a day. She is intelligent. She HATES it! She is truly beautiful and, ironically has nipples (lovely nipples) but hardly any breasts to speak of.

The point that I am making is that I am honestly a caring man who sees and appreciates beauty but have always LOVED the woman not the looks. I am concerned for you but not because of the size of your breasts. I question the size of your confidence.

If your breasts are sensitive enough to enjoy the mouth of your lover or your child please only consider that. If a man finds you unattractive he is not worth knowing. Many men adore smaller breasts! I love women!

If you are ashamed because of other women then I am very sad. Stand tall! I'm not after points but I send you Helliconia from my garden and heartfelt hopes that you won't let this become an obsession.

I have to add "good boy Danny!"

There is nothing wrong with your chest.
Breasts should only be worried about when they're too big.

If you are happy with how you look and walk with confidence everyone will think you are beautiful no matter how you look.
There's a woman I know who is completely flat chested and she is one of the most beautiful woman I have met.

It doesn't sound like you have your measurements right though, you should get a bra sizing chart or something.

PS I have a big chest. There's nothing wonderful about it

Chest size is absolutely no issue really, it's just idiotic men trying to rule women all the time and change them to the way they want them. I'm a 34C and I wish I was smaller, because they're a pain. Remember, smaller ones are perkier... and small and perky is much MUCH nicer than large and saggy. Actually to be honest I think smaller ones look more feminine.. I dunno where the whole 'big is beautiful' idea came from :S.

no. I used to be a big C cup and then I lost a lot of weight. now I am like a 34 B andshrinking. My hormones are whacked and I grow and shrink constantly even though I am on strong birth control pills to help. Being big I wanted to be smaller, now I am still self conscious and feel I need to be bigger. we are never satisfied with ourselves no matter what we have. learn to love yourself-easier said than done I know

A 38B or a 32C - your bra size changes by 4"? Wow, never heard of that much change back and forth.
But for your height and weight, a B or C cup is plenty large enough.
Stop worrying, you're perfect.

The only thing about your chest you should be concerned about is getting regular mammograms when it's time for you to do so.
