Before you respond I already know that NO fast food is healthy so you don't have to tell me that. All I want to know is if the tendergrill is a "healthy" alternative to the other crap on the menu. Thank you :)

It is relatively healthy compared to the rest of the menu. But if you get anything other than a small fries and a diet drink your health benefit from the meal ceases to exist.

I don't know if it's just my town's Burger King, but the tendergrill is not good. It is not grilled, not flavorful, and has a sticky layer of something not unsafe, but incredibly gross.

My advice: skip the tendergrill, order a burger with a side salad and have a better meal.

I wouldn't say no fast food is healthy. The healthy options at cheap restaurants can be just as good as the nice restaurants.

Here's a link that will help you:

Not really. The sandwich has 19 grams of fat. This is almost half your daily need. Add fries and a soda, and you're even worse off.

P.S. Why the hell did I get a thumbs down for reporting info directly from the BK website?

Seriously --- Burger King

What would make you think anything at Burger King would be healthy?

If it's got meat in it, it's not healthy. Whatever it is.
