If its an old computer, SD Memory is the main system memory. SD stands for Single Density. If you have a newer computer and you do in fact have, or supposed to have a media card reader in your model, it might be behind a sliding door at the bottom, or right below the CD Rom, or even built into the floppy.

If you supplied the model number, we could tell you for sure.

Most Likely there is not an adapter on your laptop. To use your SD memory card, you will have to
1. Plug it into your camera and then plug that into the computer.

Or 2.
Buy a SD memory Card Adapter. This helps alot and you do not need charged batteries in your camera. It simply plugs into a usb port. Plus they are very cheap too. Here is a link to where you can buy one. I am also shure that your local Best Buy or Electronics store also hase one.
Hope this helped...

If the computer haves one, which not all do, it would be somewhere fairly obvious on the front of the computer.

Without knowing what model you are talking about there is no way we can tell you exactly where yours is.
