I agree with the person above that the OLine basically cost Carr his job. Williams (or Davis if you want to use his old name) already has inflamation in his knee, plus Hou signed Ahman Green to take over the RB duties. I think Kubiak wants to bring in his own guys and get off to a new start with players he thinks will fit his system. I hope Carr catches on with a team like Min who has a decent OLine, I think he can still be pretty good

Domanick Willimas(Davis) is probably going to have another knee surgery and would have missed most of next season. The Texans signed Ahman Green and resigned Ron Dayne Friday. With Walli Lundy as a 3rd option Domanick was no longer needed.

It was time to cut ties with Carr. The Texans owner Bob McNair payed Carr an 8 million roster bonus last season to keep him and not draft Vince Young. Then former GM Charlie Casserly decided to pass on Reggie Bush. McNair has turned this team over to Gary Kubiak and it was time for every one to move on after 5 miserable seasons.

Well those two players have been with Houston most of the Texan's time in the NFL, and the Texan's are yet to have a winning season, so obviously they have to rebuild.

For cap room and because they now have Matt Schaub and Ahman Green. Plus they are the texans, they drafted Mario Williams instead of Vince Young .....

because they never lead the texans to a winning season. Also because they weren't the two best players on the team: andre johnson and demarco ryans are.

Too expensive and they werent doing much to earn their keep. Its sucks that the O-LINE didnt give Carr enough time to throw the ball.
