black heads are stuck inside the pores
they are hard, you have give steam to make them soft and open the pores.
without pressing black heads cant be be removed
thats why its a painful procedure

It's kind of like dried inside your pores and your pores kind of close up. So you need steam to open them up and then painfully take it out.
