Easiest way is to trade your 4-cylinder Accord for a 6-Cylinder Accord.
Seriously, that is what I would do. If you do all of the aftermarket garbage, you may void your warranty.

The answer lies in how you want that power.
If you merely want a faster Accord, get the manual V6 that offers 221hp - should be enough.
If you're looking for NA in your four-pot, you're 1.Not going to get 230hp, and 2.Get an almost-undriveable car.
What you have to do: polishing and porting, high-lift cams, advance ignition timing, free-flow exhaust, new air filter, tuned headers, iridium/platinum spark plugs, new ECU. I'd bet on you struggling to get to 200hp, not more, and with a peaky engine.
The other way out - forced induction. I'm all for turbos, if you're interested in blowers, I'm afraid you'll have to look em up yourself. What you'll have to get: one turbo with wastegate, tuned intake and exhaust headers with a new cat-back exhaust. Run the turbo at about 11/12 psi (that's a little less than 1 bar) and you'll get your power. (There's be other things like an intercooler, a second radiator fan if possible, and a boost gauge) If you can afford it, go a little further and get yourself a proper aftermarket ECU and ignition management, spark plugs, low-profile, grippier tires and, most importantly, BIGGER BRAKES.

I have a 2006 Honda Accord with 73,000 miles. Yes, if you want to get a 2003-2007 Accord, those are/ were the best accords! BUT. At 73k my accord is worth about $9-10k. This has got to be a scam, unless something MAJOR is wrong with the car. Like I said, if you want an accord, the 2003-7 is the best gen. My accord at 73 has NO ISSUES! The brakes are great too, really strong. Such a reliable car. Older Accords, tend to have tranny issues!

Turbo kit running about 6 PSI will give 230HP. You would be about $4000 into it.
