you have to have i tunes so got to (http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/) and then it will ask if you want to download itunes 7 on the left of the page then put your email address and it will pop up saying to download your file and click open then just go through the set up and ur done,but then you have to disconnect your ipod from the usb cord after installation was a success and buy some songs

well lets see...when you hook up your ipod to the computer a little screen should pop up giving you different choices like: play files, open received files, or take no action...click on the one that says open...then another screen will come up make it small enough to have another screen there so u can see both screens...drag the songs you want from your computer to your ipod or vise versa....

You have to download sync on your computer from itunes and burn songs on the sync and place them on your ipod... it's a real pain in the a*#!!

it depends if you are using lime wire download it then drag the song to your ipod thats how i get my songs
