Have you been practicing a lot for soccer? Doing a lot of throw-ins? Doing more headers? That might account for your shoulder and neck soreness.

It sounds as though you could have an intestinal flu. If you have a fever and diarrhea, you could very easily get dehydrated. You should be sipping on fluids to avoid that. I hate to tell you this, but if you have a fever tonight and are feeling weak, you shouldn't be playing soccer tomorrow. You'll be sweating and getting even more dehydrated, and if your electrolytes are off because of the diarrhea, you will get even weaker. You should wait until your fever has been gone for 24 hours before resuming normal activity.

Tonight you should take some ibuprofen or tylenol, drink fluids, try immodium, keep warm and rest. Don't eat anything other than a BRAT diet...bananas, rice, applesauce, toast...until your diarrhea goes away. Particularly stay away from dairy.

Hope you feel better by tomorrow, but don't be surprised if you don't.

Get plenty of rest, take Tylenol every 4 hrs to reduce fever and pain and get some Immodium or something similar to help the diarhea. Drink plenty of fluids especially because you have diarhea and you dont want to be dehydrated. Try to eat something depending on how you feel, but you should eat something to give you strengh. Dont play if you feel you cant and if you dont feel better or you feel you're getting worse, see you doctor.....Good Luck, take care

Forgot the critics my pal. Writing is a private factor and it's your emotions and feelings you're expressing. I love your paintings seeing that it's private. I do not quite care approximately excellent constitution. Perfection is dull and over rated besides. It's like a tune performed too flawlessly. It is bloodless and impersonal. Give me a bit of sloppiness and emotion any day.
