I have a very large family, so our get togethers are naturally loud and crazy. There are so many of us, in order to be heard you have to be loud. We are loud, but definitely not trashy or anything. I love my big family and won't trade them for anything.
My boyfriend's family is quiet. I do like them alot and we laugh and joke, but I do miss my crazy family when I don't spend holidays.
Being loud, laughing and talking doesn't have anything to do with a lack of maturity. There is a time and place to be serious, and a family party is a time to have fun.

I think it has to do with the age. when you get to a certain age and feel like you really have what you need it doesn't matter what kind of party you have. every once in a while i might have a loud party but that's when I want to unwind and let loose. but for the most part, i just like going out to eat, having a drink and making that a night.

Some people want to hear what others are saying and carry on a meaningful conversation with some one they are interested in .
Others are limited on conversation so they use loudness ,alcohol,and other things to compensate .
Teenagers are the exception they rock .

sometimes you are just having so much fun you don't realize how loud the party gets, and not everyone is into quiet

People equate noise with their guests having fun, being enthusiastic, laughing. People think quiet is boring.

many of us are not awaken, spiritually speaking. loud music, stimulating substance, etc... will have some effect to stimulate our soul. when we are ready to face the truth, we start to appreciate tranquility in our life. i am certain that you will meet people who appreciate quiet stimulation. believe in the law of attraction. you are beautiful and others will see it too.
