I don't have specifics surrounding this clip, but it's pretty clear to anyone familiar with building demolition that steel framed buildings do not collapse and disintegrate unless you carefully execute a demolition. Three buildings at NYC WTC collapsed on 9/11. Since WTC 7 was demolished without loss of life, I'd suspect that it could have been a reference to WTC 1 or WTC 2.
Perhaps this is part of a script that was not intended to be used unless it became clear to the public that explosives were planted ahead of time. To many people it is already clear that explosives were planted within three WTC buildings.
I heard on another post that Rosie and other celebrities had said that the building demolitions on 9/11 was an inside job.
