My ex-husband's lawyer changed what the Judge ordered at a hearing we had and got the Judge to sign it. The Judge didn't even read the order. It was nothing we agreed on at the hearing. I couldn't afford to hire a lawyer. Now I need to file an appeal. Can anyone help me? I live in Florida.

on the minute order..it will say who the transcriber was. go back to the court and talk to the transcriber. she can give you a copy (for a fee) of the court proceedings. you can go through it and make the corrections. do your own Order After Hearing based on the transcripts. and take that to be filed.
