To bad you hate your Grandmothers cooking, but since you are old enough to be on here, don't you think it's time to get over it and put it behind you ? Grow up for Pete's sake.

You are a bored child, aren't you ? It shows.
Your question capitalizes nothing.
Do you tell her that you don't like her cooking ?
Is that suppose to shock us.
Personally, I have become shock proof.
I just don't appreciate how the likes of you are contaminating this wonderful site that is here for us to help one another.
Why not choose to be a good example on here & get real~Jill

Could you possibly suggest that YOU do some of the cooking sometimes....and then maybe she'll like your choices and then she'll cook them, too. Or suggest that for one of your classes you're to try new dishes and make a list to give to her. Or just be honest and say you'd like a change from the usual meals she cooks. Make a list of things YOU like and give them to her. If she messes them up, ask what she does different than other people when she cooks.

A grandmother is a special person in your life. You don't realize what you have till it's gone. Instead of hurting her feelings, volunteer to do the cooking WITH her. While you're doing that, both of you can talk about the family history, or simply ask what it was like when she was your age. What I'm saying is, don't take"NO" in case she refuses your help.

okay....if she has been cooking this long and still doesn't have it right...the person that ought to be shot is the one that let her cook this way for that long. is there one dish she makes that you do like??? or a few that aren't so bad?? you could start cooking yourself and offer to cook for her instead. or make a suggestion to cook together and pick a dish neither of you know how to make and learn together.
