There is abdominal discomfort during any stage of pregnancy. Your uterus is constantly enlarging; causing cramp-like pain. When you feel these cramps, it is because your uterus is stretching. The futher along you get, your bowels and other lower organs get "squished" due to the growing baby inside you. This too, can cause a bit of pain, but not too much....

Completely normal....I kept thinking I was going to get my period. Now, if the cramping is accompanied by bleeding, or if it is severe, that is something else altogether and you should call the doctor. Its very common, though, to feel this way, and most pregnant women (especially first timers) get a little nervous about this. But always tell your doctor exactly how you are feeling, he/she should always be the one to judge your symptoms, so don't just rely on us, but to put your mind at ease, everyone feels like this at the beginning....and then the middle....and really bad at the end. And you thought being pregnant would mean no PMS for nine months...what a surprise!!! Haha. Good luck to you. I remember being there.

A lot of women have pain and cramping during early pregnancy, it could just be ligaments stretching to accommodate the baby, as long as youve gotten prenatal care and it doesnt worsen you should be okay! Good luck!

Cramping in early being pregnant is thoroughly favourite. it ought to intend a pair of issues. the two you're no longer pregnant and are gearing up on your favourite menstrual cycle or you have a fertilized egg it incredibly is attempting to attach itself on your uterin wall. the two way the cramping is in all risk favourite. If it persists or will become a transforming into type of painful you're able to intend to make an appointment including your OB/GYN to rule out eptopic being pregnant, which reasons painful cramping to boot.

yup yup. ligaments stretching, uterus growing and even gas or constipation can be discomforting. drink water, eat right and relax. it's going to be uncomfortable but so worth it!
