I would guess that it wouldn't be any different from putting your hand on a van der Graaf generator; your hair stands up. It might spark (because of the water, which carries electrical charge very well), but nothing bad would happen. A van der Graaf generator transfers an immense amount of voltage, but very little current.

You'd get a painful but harmless shock to your tongue. Ouch!

There's almost no current, but thousands and thousands of volts.

For some extra fun, hold some unsuspecting dimwit's hand when you do it... no shock for you, as you will be a conductor.. Teddy will get a ride, though.

high voltage, low amperage = pain but not death.

Remember, amperage kills.
