You win an ipod nano. How can they offer free things and never give them to people. Could you sue for false advertising.

Not on the net so far.
And actually you do sometimes recieve a free item but not for free.
I mean by that is completely a number of offers before completing anything.

Well, yes you could, but you probably won't win. Those ads are true. You just have to go through a bunch of crap to collect on it, such as filling out surveys for a year before receiving it. I personally think it's a load of crap, but you aren't likely to win, at least that's not the trend of the courts at this time. However, if you want to sue, more power to you and I wish you the best!!!

well the thing is they have allll these rules in tiny little font you have to read - they will give you a free ipod - but first you have to spend at least $300-500 on thier site LOL

i think that they are annoying too and have fell for the pop ups too, I just click them off now
