No ISP is going to give up your information based on a phone call, they all require a subpoena before they will give up who that address was assigned to at what particular time. Most likely she simply Googled your email address. Give it a try yourself and see what comes up.

The most basic way someone can get your info is by your e-mail...There are some services (for a fee) that you can acquire and look for someone by their e-mail address, once they get your name, they can do another search using your name and then can get your phone number and address. At least that is what a basic search can come up with.

now search your email adress on google you will be suprised how easy it is to find out stuff about someone. Plus if they really wanted to all they would need is your name and they could probally get everything from how much your energy bill is to how much taxes you paid because a lot of it is public domain.

That email revealed your IP address, which she can easily use with a search engine... or even just phone your ISP and ask who you are...

You'd be surprised how much info will turn up about you if you just put your email address/IP address into google and do a little digging.....
