The above answer is right, however, since you are using Frontpage, you do not need to do that.

When using Frontpage, simply
1) type the text you want to turn into a link,
2) highlight the text, and
3) click the button on the toolbar that looks like a globe with two chain links on it. Then,
4) enter the address of the page you want to link to.

Ok, here's the thing about webpages and links:
When you create a webpage, in order for others to view your website without going onto your computer, you have UPLOAD it to a server. (A web server is a computer that everyone can have access to). Uploading is basically the same as downloading, except that it's in reverse.

Just sign up for a free host, like Geocities, which would be very convenient, since you are already a Yahoo user. Go to geocities.com.

After you've set up your site, click on the upload file link. (you have to look, really look)... Now, when someone goes to , say google.com, he is actually, automatically redirected to a page called "index.html" or "index.htm"

So before you upload anything, RENAME the file you want people to see first (when they go to geocities.com/yourusername), to index.html.

And upload the file you've made with Frontpage.

Everything should be set now, to show your teacher. Just go to geocities.com/yourusernamehere and you will be presented with your index.html file. Click the link you have there and you will go to the other page you already have.

Read the 'beginner HTML' and 'beginner CSS' section to start, then work your way through.
