what does it mean when another girl has tickle fights with you, you two cuddle on the couch, and you two put your arm around each other...but shes totally 100% straight and engaged and seems a lil freaked out by the whole gay thing. what i'm asking is how affectionate do girls really get before it seems like its not only "friendly affection" and seems like something more because women are more affectionate towards one another than males so that could be just normal women showing affection. but i don't know. also why do girls walk down the street interlocking arms? i know i should know cuz i'm a girl but i don't because i don't do it.

I'm not questioning my sexuality, I am bi. but the thing is that i'm really affectionate towards girls i like so i know why i'm affectionate. i was just wondering why straight girls are overly affectionate with the same sex if they seem to have no intentions.

Women are more affectionate, it just is. Don't be confused, she likes you and trusts you.

I'm extremely affectionate with both men and women, though I am straight. I like to flirt with both genders, its just fun, and I think women, (most of them) enjoy flirting a lot. Tickling and cuddling are forms of flirting, but also show genuine love and affection, so its not a big deal, straight or not. But I'm wondering are YOU questioning your sexuality, or are you just uncomfortable with that kind of affection?

I think straight women have it much easier than straight men in this area. That's probably part of the reason so many straight men are such stress cases.

she could be innocent and not have a sexual motive. if she is comfortable with that affection between friends, then she doesn't care how it may look to society; which is coming from somewhere good and pure and all that nice stuff.

but if you are uncomfortable with how it makes you feel or how it makes you look, talk to her about it and set some boundaries.

Girls are just natural cuddlers. It's not necessarily "sexual."
