There are no reader reviews on Amazon which means it didn't get much attention. I see quite a few used copies for $7 or so. That means people value it some.
You could ask your public library to interlibrary loan it (free service). If you really like it, then buy one from a bookstore or amazon.

The book “Be a Kick-*** Assistant: How to Get from a Grunt Job to a Great Career” was also rated better.

well first borrow it at a library and if you like it, get it.
